Finally organize all those screenshots.

Swipe each one left, right, up or down to file it into an album in Apple Photos, and everything stays in your library.

Swipe, one at a time

Every direction is labeled on screen, so you always know where a swipe goes.

Find it in Apple Photos

Your albums appear in the Photos app you already use.

Your swipes, your rules.

Set what each direction does. Presets save a full set of four, and all four stay on screen while you sort.

Filing keeps it in your library

Adding to an album doesn't move anything. The item stays in your library, right where it was.

You review before anything is deleted

A delete swipe only marks an item. Nothing is deleted until you review the list and confirm.

days in Recently Deleted

Deleted items stay in Recently Deleted for 30 days, so you can still change your mind.

Pro

It suggests. You decide.

The Smart preset guesses the best albums for each screenshot and puts them on your swipes.

  • When nothing fits, it can suggest a new album, like "New: Travel".
  • It runs on your iPhone.
  • It won't always guess right, so Choose album is one swipe away.

No photos are uploaded.

Sorting and text recognition happen on your iPhone. No account needed.

Questions, answered.

Does it move or delete my photos?

No. Filing adds an item to an album and it stays in your library. Nothing is deleted until you review and confirm, and deleted items stay in Recently Deleted for 30 days.

Do my photos get uploaded?

No. Sorting and text recognition happen on your iPhone, and no photos are uploaded. Only anonymous usage counts, crash reports and purchase records leave the phone. No account needed.

What counts as an action?

Filing to an album, favoriting and marking for deletion each count as one action. Skip, Later and Undo don't count. The free plan includes 50 actions a day.

What happens after the free trial, and how do I cancel?

The yearly plan's 7-day free trial becomes a paid year unless you cancel before it ends. Cancel in iPhone Settings. Deleting the app doesn't cancel a subscription. Your albums stay in Apple Photos either way.

Can I sort more than screenshots?

Yes. You can sort Screenshots, Recent photos, All photos and Selfies.

Does it work with my existing albums?

Yes. You can file into the albums you already have in Apple Photos, or create new ones as you sort.

Which iPhones are supported?

Any iPhone with iOS 18 or later. Smart works on all of them, and on iOS 26 an iPhone with Apple Intelligence adds an extra on-device model.

Those screenshots won't sort themselves.

Free to start, on iPhone with iOS 18 or later.
